Versive is redifining wheelchair mobility with the patented steering-by-leaning system: users steer through upper-body movement instead of one-sided braking - enabling efficient, one-handed propulsion and a more intuitive, enjoyable experience.
An alpha version is currently available, with final iterations on selected subsystems and specific usability tests underway. The InnoBooster project supports the completion of a CE-ready design and documentation package, including the preparation of the verification and validation phase.
To prepare for market entry, we are now working rectly with suppliers to establish industrial production and lean manufacturing workflows, aiming to significantly reduce costs in our purely mechanical system without compromising performance.

With the support of the GRS InnoBooster grant, we will reach design freeze and define production processes in collaboration with manufacturing and assembly partners as well as produce a Beta Series of wheelchairs ready to achieve a medical CE-mark. We are also preparing targeted market exposure at major events including Rehacare 2026, PMG 2026, APO Congrès, and a launch event at Swiss Handicap 2027.
