Projektbeschreibung
Through the initiatives launched in the past years: Campus, Spotlight, Shapers of the Future and Educreators Xchange, Educreators Foundation has actively participated in shaping the school of the future. Through its flagship projects, 5’000+ kindergarten, primary and secondary school teachers and directors across Switzerland have been actively engaged in the discovery of digital education innovation good practices and methodologies.
As a next step in our mission to foster education innovation in Swiss primary and secondary schools, we continue building strategic partnerships with national education institutions and aim to empower the young generation of teachers to become active digital education innovators.
Through community engagement and co-creation of bespoke innovation methodologies, young teachers can be empowered to take broader roles, going well beyond the management of the learning process in the classroom and contributing to the development of the school of the future as a thriving learning ecosystem.
With NextGen, Educreators Foundation will support, in partnership with education institutions, the young generation of Swiss primary and secondary schools teachers to discover, explore and experiment first hand digital education innovation methodologies emerging from inter(national) leading digital education innovation ecosystems.
In addition, this growing community of nextgen Swiss innovative teachers will actively participate in the development of a new digital education methodology and framework complementary to the existing curricula.
Stand/Resultate
The project started in March 2022 with the methodology development and is currently focusing on strategic community outreach to innovative teachers and education institutions.
